1、檢(jian)查高頻電路故障的注(zhu)意事項(xiang)

  

  一是檢查和試驗高頻振(zhen)蕩電(dian)路時,不(bu)能用萬用表測量高壓(ya)(ya)側的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya),這是因(yin)為在升壓(ya)(ya)變壓(ya)(ya)器T3二次側有2500v~4500V左(zuo)右的(de)(de)高頻電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)。檢查振(zhen)蕩電(dian)路是否起振(zhen),可以觀察火花(hua)放電(dian)器F的(de)(de)放電(dian)間(jian)隙是否有藍白色(se)耀眼的(de)(de)小(xiao)火花(hua),或者能聽到(dao)“叭(ba)(ba)、叭(ba)(ba)”的(de)(de)放電(dian)聲:


  二(er)是試(shi)驗割(ge)槍(qiang)有無高頻火花時,一定要有壓縮空氣保護(hu),不然會燒損割(ge)槍(qiang)內的(de)電極。

2、引燃切割離子孤必須具備三個條件  

  一是(shi)必(bi)須(xu)有足夠壓(ya)力的(de)壓(ya)縮空氣(可用SB3試驗(yan)有無壓(ya)縮空氣);


    二是(shi)必須有(you)高頻火花(hua)引燃等離子(zi)弧(hu)(按下SB1時.V1—V6正(zheng)偏(pian)導(dao)通(tong),ICla—c均輸出(chu)低電(dian)平,可(ke)控硅V7_V9導(dao)通(tong),KMI、KM2或(huo)KM3、YV和高頻火花(hua)振蕩電(dian)路得電(dian)工作,割(ge)(ge)槍(qiang)內產生高頻火花(hua)、輔助弧(hu)和切(qie)割(ge)(ge)離子(zi)弧(hu));三是(shi)割(ge)(ge)槍(qiang)正(zheng)負極,必須有(you)穩(wen)定的直流電(dian)壓。


  三者任意一項有故障,均不能進行切(qie)割。


3、保護(hu)電路必須正常

  

  (1)等離子切割控制電路中設有壓(ya)力保護繼(ji)電器KP.當壓(ya)縮空氣壓(ya)力不足(zu)時.KP不動(dong)作,就不能產(chan)生高頻(pin)火花和輔助弧。


  (2)電(dian)源(yuan)過載(zai)保(bao)護器(qi)KT是正溫度系數(shu)熱(re)敏元件(jian),緊貼在(zai)變壓器(qi)Tl繞組表面,一旦Tl因過載(zai)而(er)嚴重發熱(re)時(shi).KT阻值迅速(su)上(shang)升,從而(er)切斷(duan)KMI、KM2、KM3的供(gong)電(dian),斷(duan)開Tl的電(dian)源(yuan),保(bao)護了Tl。


  (3)割槍保護電路(lu)的功(gong)能(neng)是:


  當割槍停止工作后(或一旦因(yin)故(gu)高頻火(huo)花振蕩器停振).由于定時(shi)電(dian)容C13仍存有電(dian)荷,使(shi)ICIC(12)腳仍保持一段時(shi)間高電(dian)位,輸(shu)出端仍為低電(dian)平.直至2分鐘(zhong)后C13放電(dian)完畢,(14)腳輸(shu)出高電(dian)平,可控硅V9關(guan)斷,電(dian)磁閥(fa)YV才延時(shi)關(guan)閉,延時(shi)切斷壓縮空(kong)氣,以(yi)利散去割槍口的(de)剩(sheng)余熱量(liang),以(yi)免損害(hai)割槍或燙傷(shang)人。

  若采用非轉移弧(hu),還可(ke)切割非金屬(shu)材料及混凝土、耐火磚等。且具(ju)有切口狹窄光滑、熱影響區小、切割質量好。


  空氣(qi)(qi)等離子(zi)(zi)弧切(qie)割(ge)的原理如上圖所(suo)示(shi)。它是將(jiang)壓(ya)縮空氣(qi)(qi)直接通人噴嘴,經電(dian)弧加熱(re)分(fen)(fen)(fen)解(jie)(jie)出(chu)氧(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi),未(wei)分(fen)(fen)(fen)解(jie)(jie)的空氣(qi)(qi)以(yi)高(gao)速(su)沖刷割(ge)口,分(fen)(fen)(fen)解(jie)(jie)出(chu)的氧(yang)(yang)氣(qi)(qi)與切(qie)割(ge)金(jin)屬產(chan)生化學放熱(re)效虛,加快(kuai)了切(qie)割(ge)速(su)度。充分(fen)(fen)(fen)電(dian)離的空氣(qi)(qi)等離子(zi)(zi)體熱(re)焓值(zhi)高(gao),因而電(dian)弧的能量大而集中,其切(qie)割(ge)速(su)度較快(kuai),特別適宜于(yu)切(qie)割(ge)厚30mm以(yi)下的碳鋼,也可以(yi)切(qie)割(ge)銅、鋁、不銹鋼及其他非金(jin)屬材料。但是這種切(qie)割(ge)方法的電(dian)極(ji)(ji)受到強(qiang)烈的氧(yang)(yang)化腐(fu)蝕,電(dian)極(ji)(ji)一般采用鑲嵌純(chun)鋯或(huo)純(chun)鉿電(dian)極(ji)(ji).不能采用純(chun)鎢(wu)(wu)電(dian)極(ji)(ji)或(huo)氧(yang)(yang)化物鎢(wu)(wu)電(dian)極(ji)(ji)。即使采用鋯、鉿電(dian)極(ji)(ji),它的工作壽命一般也只有5~10小(xiao)時。


  割槍內電極內縮量一般(ban)為2mm一4mm.工(gong)作時噴嘴距工(gong)件的高度應在6mm-8mm之間。
